FL: Congratulations Derek!!! Appellate Court Voids Lauren Book’s Injunction

The order was issued by the 4th District Court of Appeals today so it’s being posted prior to our adding commentary in an effort to share this as quickly as possible.

The court voided Senator Lauren Book’s restraining order against Once Fallen’s Derek Logue.

We all knew it was bogus, now the court’s agree!

Lots of appreciation to Gary, Jamie Benjamin and Danny Aaronson for defending the First Amendment and for their dedication to Derek’s (and all who fight for reform’s) advocacy.

Wish I could be a fly on the wall when Senator Bubblehead cries to her daddy to fire the judge:

“Now princess, it’s a Federal court. Daddy doesn’t own that one.”

“But daaaaaaadyyyyy, courts are stupid. And we don’t live in Federal, we live in Florida. Duuuuhhhhh!”

I love that he posted her address and that made her feel unsafe. What’s the problem? Aren’t their laws preventing people from coming to your home to harass you?
